Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and AllDone Ireland ("AllDone", "we", "us"). If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

AllDone is a directory that helps customers find local service providers ("pros") and contact them directly. We are not a party to any agreement, quote, payment, or job between a customer and a pro, and we don't take a commission. We don't employ pros, supervise their work, or guarantee any outcome.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account, and you agree not to impersonate others or create accounts to abuse the service.

If you list a business, you confirm that the information you publish is accurate and that you're entitled to offer the services described, including holding any licences, insurance, or qualifications required by law. You're responsible for your own listing content and for any work you agree to do. Listings go live immediately and may be moderated reactively; we may edit, suspend, or remove listings that breach these terms.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Don't post content that is false, defamatory, unlawful, or infringes anyone's rights. You grant AllDone a non-exclusive licence to host and display the content you submit so we can operate the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms or that is reported and found to be in breach.

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the platform;
• misuse contact details for spam or unlawful marketing;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Some listings carry a Phone checked badge (formerly shown as "Verified"). It means one narrow thing: the pro entered a one-time code we sent by SMS, so we know that phone number reaches them. A confirmed email address is checked the same way — the pro clicked a link we emailed.

That is the whole extent of it. We do not vet, certify, licence, interview, or inspect anyone. We do not check qualifications, trade certifications, RECI / RGI or Safe Electric registration, tax clearance, Garda vetting, insurance, or the quality or safety of any work. A Phone checked badge is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or any kind of assurance that a pro is competent, insured, or legally permitted to do the job you need.

Before you hire anyone — Phone checked or not — ask to see their qualifications, registration numbers and insurance, and check them with the relevant body. A pro's Premium plan is likewise unrelated to competence: it only reflects what they have signed up for on AllDone. The tenure badge ("N years on AllDone") reflects how long the listing has existed here, nothing more.

The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant that listings are accurate or that any pro is suitable for your needs — please carry out your own checks before hiring. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllDone is not liable for any loss arising from dealings between customers and pros, or from reliance on listings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law (including your statutory consumer rights).

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute.
